Synopsis of Incident:
On Thursday March 9, 2023, at approximately 0700 hours, Cathedral City Detectives executed a search warrant in the 28000 block of Landau Blvd. in the City of Cathedral City. The warrant was regarding a past assault and robbery that occurred at the Cimmaron Golf course and the Desert Princess Community clubhouse. Two juveniles were arrested for the mentioned crimes and transported to Indio Juvenile Hall.
Kathryn Anne Evans (02/19/1987) was arrested for narcotics violations.
Landau Blvd. was closed in both directions (between Vista Chino and Peladora Rd.) for approximately 30 minutes to help facilitate the execution of the warrant.
