As of 11-09-23 at 1500 hours, all 911 lines are back to normal for all cell phone providers and landlines.
Synopsis of Incident:
On 11-02-23 at about 1545 hours, CCPD received notification of all wireless and landline 911 lines being down. This was later confirmed to be a 911 outage valley-wide. There is an unknown ETA to fix the issue. CCPD’s business lines are still working.
At this time, CCPD requests anybody reporting an emergency call 760-770-0303 instead of calling 911. This will get you connected to a dispatcher immediately.
